The fiber laser welding machine uses a continuous fiber laser to accurately control the width, energy, repetition frequency and other parameters of the laser pulse through digitalization to melt the workpiece and form a specific molten pool, thereby realizing laser welding of the workpiece.
Two-axis, three-axis or four-axis linkage can be selected, static or oscillating welding head is used, and the teaching function is used to edit the welding seam to realize automatic welding. The consumables of the whole machine are only the protective lens of the welding gun, and the life of the fiber laser is up to 100,000 hours. The X-Y-Z motion axis superposition method is optional.
